Based on transacted price accumulated over years by EPRC and using the method of direct comparison, the property will be valued according to its unique features e.g. floor area, floor level, view, and facilities, etc. Existing, e-valuation covers over 1,029,129 units and houses in 59 districts of Hong Kong, including private residential estates (high-rise, low-rise, villas and houses), Home Ownership Scheme and Private Sector Participation Scheme Estates, as well as car parking spaces. The coverage will be further expanded from time to time.

User-friendly and Efficient Online Service
By submitting property data, clients will be able to obtain an e-valuation result within few seconds. Three values plus other relevant information will be provided, namely: Property Address, Market Value, Value for Sale under Repossession, Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost, Gross and/or Net Area, Occupation Date and Source, Building Age, Price per Sq. Ft. and Remarks. Clients will be alerted on blighted properties. A corresponding reference number with date and time will be provided for easy record retrieval.
